CAISEAL BEER & SPIRITS CO was founded in 2017 By Randy Thomas (pictured) and business partner, Bjorn Marshall. Randy is a blue collar visionary to the bone. The Texas native first got grease under his fingernails at the age of 14 when he began tinkering with engines in Houston. His passion for quality engineering, building and business led to a lifelong journey of curiosity, service and entrepreneurship . As a retired O-5 naval commander, commercial contractor, restaurateur and Caiseal owner, Randy is not afraid to do whatever it takes to get the job done from administrative paperwork to taking out the garbage.
The team of entrepreneurs brought their vision for Caiseal to life when they created a multifunctional space for both distilling high quality spirits and brewing a diverse menu of craft beer styles under the same roof. Our Headquarters is located within The Vanguard which is a new deal era Armory retrofitted into a brewpub and concert hall near downtown Hampton, Virginia. The joint venture is a seamless operation where Caiseal products are produced in our facility, then showcased in a historical venue through a variety of taps, cocktails and recipes.
